Flexible Fund Round 2 pre-announcement
We are delighted to share with you that our next DisCouRSE flexible funding call will be launching after Easter. Full details will appear on our website, and we aim to open for submissions by 13th April, with a closing date of 5th June and funding decisions made in early July. Projects will not be able to start before September.
There will be 3 separate strands to this round.
- Pilot Projects aligned to DisCouRSE aims as in round 1 but with a maximum budget of £15k. Those who received funding in round 1 (as leads or co-leads) will not be eligible to submit proposals under this category.
- Growth Projects that extend existing community initiatives aligned to DisCouRSE aims, and with a £15k budget limit. Starting something new is not allowed in this category, but you could build on something funded through round 1.
- Cohort Training: As a training provider, run a pilot leadership training programme for a cohort of aspiring digital research technical professional (dRTP) leaders aligned to DisCouRSE Work Package 3. The budget limit and further details are still being defined.
The application form and criteria for the first two categories will be similar to round 1, with slight adjustments based on feedback received and lessons learned.
